MMSM Mandate

Multi-Material Stewardship Manitoba (MMSM) is a steward responsibility organization (SRO) formed in 2006 in anticipation of the Packaging and Printed Paper Stewardship Regulation. MMSM has developed a Program Plan as part of its obligation under the Regulation, and this plan has been approved by the provincial government. The industry stewards will be responsible for 80% of the net costs of operating the Program.
