List of Stewards

MMSM maintains a list of registered companies and approved voluntary stewards. Stewards can use this list to identify if their Manitoba based vendors are compliant with the WRAP Act and/or if out of province brand owners have volunteered to become the Obligated Steward on behalf of the First Importer in Manitoba. This list will be regularly updated.

The List of Stewards consists of seven tabs:

Tab #1: Registered with DPPP - These are companies who have registered with MMSM and have declared that they are Brand Owners or First Importers of products or goods that have Designated Packaging or Printed Paper Supplied to consumers in Manitoba.

Tab #2: Registered with No DPPP - These are companies who have registered with MMSM and have declared that they are not Brand Owners nor First Importers of products or goods that have Designated Packaging or Printed Paper Supplied to consumers in Manitoba.

Tab #3: Approved Voluntary Stewards 2010 are those stewards who are not Resident in Manitoba yet have volunteered to become the Obligated Steward for the 2010 Obligation Year.

Tab #4: Approved Voluntary Stewards 2011 are those stewards who are not Resident in Manitoba yet have volunteered to become the Obligated Steward for the 2011 Obligation Year.

Tab #5: Approved Voluntary Stewards 2012 are those stewards who are not Resident in Manitoba yet have volunteered to become the Obligated Steward for the 2012 Obligation Year.

Tab #6: VS Not Approved 2011 Onward are those companies who are not Resident in Manitoba and volunteered to become the Obligated Steward for the 2010 Obligation Year, yet not the 2011 Obligation Year. The First Importer of the former Voluntary Stewards must report on the Designated Packaging or Printed Paper Supplied to consumers in Manitoba in 2011.

Tab #7: VS Not Approved 2012 Onward are those companies who are not Resident in Manitoba and volunteered to become the Obligated Steward for the 2010 and/or 2011 Obligation Year, yet not the 2012 Obligation Year. The First Importer of the former Voluntary Stewards must report on the Designated Packaging or Printed Paper Supplied to consumers in Manitoba in 2012.
